To borrow physical items (books): 

• Register in person for a Resident Borrower Card by presenting a photo ID
• EC3 students can borrow items for 6 weeks at a time with 1 renewal. Information about borrowing policies can be found at https://library.pennwest.edu/policies/circ
• Visitors can pick up a temporary parking pass at the police station 911 Scotland Rd. (corner of Rte. 6N and Scotland)
